Suggested Usage: 1 tbs of freeze-dried powder = 4 tbs of fresh herbs. Fill a container with 8 oz water or juice. Add one tablespoon of powder and shake well. Drink and enjoy one to three times per day. Can also be added to smoothies, dips, yogurt or other foods. Drink extra water when consuming this product.
