Our Milk Thistle assayed extract is prepared from pesticide-free, mature, dark seeds of Silybum marianum plants. By extracting with alcohol we avoid the harsh synthetic chemicals commonly used to extract Milk Thistle seeds, and we mantain the bioactivity of the original seeds themselves.

Suggested Usage: Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day with liquid. Best taken between meals.
